DAYTON — A man shot by Dayton police on Labor Day at Samaritan Behavioral CrisisCare faces a felony charge stemming from the incident.
Police said Cory Allen Fraley, 38, lunged at officers and reached for an officer’s gun before he was shot in the hip.
The Toledo-area man was indicted on an aggravated robbery charge and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
He remains held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
