A Franklin lawyer was arrested Friday night and booked into the Warren County Jail on suspicion of burglary.
William Matthew Tinch, 35, is held on a cash-only $100,000 bond and is awaiting arraignment on Monday, online jail records show. He was arrested around 7 p.m. by the Franklin Division of Police and booked around 9 p.m. into the jail.

Tinch is an attorney and counselor at law for Tinch Law, 301 N Breiel Blvd. in Middletown, according to the Supreme Court of Ohio & Ohio Judicial System. The website shows no discipline or sanction history for Tinch.
