A tweet from Cricket Wireless’ support account has informed customers that experienced a service outage, to restart their phones for service to resume.

Cricket Wireless customers across Southwest Ohio are reporting service issues tonight.
“Wish I had phone service,” one woman posted on the Facebook page for the store at 1914 Needmore Road in Harrison Twp. She also posted that she can’t let her cellphone carrier know her service is down because she could only find a phone number and no email address.
Cricket Wireless acknowledged service problems tonight on social media. Shortly after 7 p.m., Cricket posted a statement to its Facebook and Twitter accounts: “We are aware of a service issue affecting some customers & are working quickly to resolve it. We apologize for this inconvenience.”
