Wright State to resume Johnson & Johnson vaccinations

FAIRBORN — Wright State physicians will resume administering the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to Wright State University students today.

The university announced that starting today, May 4 all students, ages 18 or older, could receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Gov. Mike DeWine announced that providers could resume administering the shot after an 11-day pause on the vaccine was lifted by U.S. health officials last Friday.

Starting Monday WSU students can get the single-dose shot at Wright State University Student Health Services.

All students must have an appointment to receive a vaccine. Students can call 937-245-7200 or go online to https://bit.ly/stuvaccsched to schedule their appointment.
