CENTERVILLE — Archers Tavern in Centerville has made the decision to open for dinner only starting Wednesday, the owner announced on Facebook Tuesday
Owner Mike Fullenkamp told News Center 7′s Candace Price that they have been short staffed for a while.
Archers will open each day at 4 p.m. for dinner services, but will no longer be offering breakfast or lunch.

“This is the worst it’s ever been,” Fullenkamp said.
Archers Tavern has had new hires since reopening after the pandemic shutdown, but they have had trouble retaining those hires. Fullenkamp noted that the Centerville location has been the hardest to staff.
“Some people have come in and been here a few days and never came back,” Fullenkamp said.
Fullenkamp said they appreciate the customers’ patience and understanding during this situation.
Once they are properly staffed to operate, Archers plans on returning to normal operational hours.
