Duke Energy now reports that all but 12 customers are restored of power in Warren County and no outages in Montgomery County.
UPDATE @ 11:07 a.m.
The DP&L outage in Montgomery County, caused by a squirrel tangling with a switch at a substation, has been restored, according to a DP&L spokesperson.
The outage happened shortly before 8 a.m. and affected 4,954 customers.
Duke Energy now reports 3,441 are out in Warren County, 435 in Montgomery.
The estimated restoration time for the outage in the Carlisle area has been pushed back to 2 p.m.
The cause of that outage was not available.

Duke Energy is now reporting a widespread outage in the Carlisle area.
3,430 Duke customers are out in Warren County and 435 are out in Montgomery County.
Warren County customers are expected to be restored by 1 p.m. while the outage in Montgomery has an estimated restoration time of 11 a.m., according to Duke’s website.
DP&L continues to report 847 out in Montgomery County.
UPDATE @ 9:15 a.m.
A DP&L online outage map now reports around 850 customers remain without power after a large outage in Montgomery County Sunday morning.
A call to a DP&L representative on what caused the outage was not immediately returned.
FIRST REPORT
Over 3,000 Dayton Power and Light customers are without power in Montgomery County Sunday morning.
Reports indicate the outage is centered around Huber Heights and some northern parts of Dayton, but police have not responded to any calls that might have been the cause, according to dispatchers.
A DP&L representative was not immediately available for comment.
