Darke County sheriff deputies and Arcanum Rescue and Fire Department were dispatched to state Route 49 and Arcanum Bears Mill Road for an injury accident on Friday around 7:40 p.m.
A truck travelling north bound on alternate state Route 49 attempted to cross the intersection and continue onto Arcanum Bears Mill Road, travelling into the path of an SUV and causing the driver to swerve and lose control of the vehicle.

The SUV then went off the roadway and overturned.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Darke County sheriff deputies continue to investigate the case.
