Olive, Petunia and Gin almost didn't make it to this size. They were found thrown in a dumpster, left to die at the Bulldog Car Wash in Washington.
An inhumane act that almost killed these Chihuahuas just hours after they were born.
"They were very cold so they had been there for a little while. Their umbilical cords were actually still wet and bleeding so had blood coming off,” said Angela Zilar of the Tri-Cities Animal Shelter.
After reviewing surveillance footage, police were able to identify a suspect. The man has been cited with three counts of animal cruelty.
