K99.1FM’s Nancy Wilson and James “Frye Guy” Frye have been nominated for the Country Music Association Awards: Medium Market Personality of the Year by the Country Music Association.
The CMA Broadcast Awards are among the most prestigious awards given in the field of country radio.
There are five other medium market radio shows nominated in this category. Winners will be telecast on The 51st Annual CMA Awards, Nov. 8.
“For Frye Guy and me to say we’re honored to receive a nomination for the CMA Medium Market Personality of the Year isn’t quite enough,” Wilson said. “We are beyond honored. We are thrilled, elated and over the moon for this first nomination for both of us in this category.”
Frye added:
