GREENVILLE — UPDATE @ 9 a.m.:
A Level 1 Snow Emergency for Darke County has been canceled as of 9 a.m. Thursday, according to the sheriff’s office.
Some secondary roads are still slick and icy and people should use extra caution while driving, said Sheriff Toby Spencer.
