Tonight: Clouds will push in from the south throughout the first half of the night. Rain will move in some time before midnight. Low temperatures will drop towards 34 degrees before a major warm-up throughout the daytime.
Monday (New Year's Eve): Rain will start before sunrise and likely last all day long. At times, heavier rain could lead to ponding and even flash flooding in some areas. The Miami Valley can expect to see anywhere from 0.75 to 1.5 inches of rain. Winds will increase throughout the day in the range of 10 to 20 mph with gusts as high as 30 mph. Winds could increase to 15-25 mph at night with gusts as high as 45 mph. High temperatures will approach and possibly surpass 60 degrees.
Tuesday (New Year's Day): Mostly cloudy with a slight chance for passing showers. Breezy with temperatures in the 40s.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy skies and colder temperatures with highs only topping off in the mid 30s.
