UD has played six games at Day Air Ballpark since 2021. They are 4-2 in those games, including wins over Ohio State, Richmond and George Washington.

The Flyers played Ohio State in front of 3,859 fans last season.

“The University of Dayton game against Ohio State at Day Air Ballpark in 2022 set an all-time attendance record for a UD home game, with about 4,000 fans in attendance,” said Robert Murphy, Dragons President and General Manager. “The entire suite level was completely sold out.”

He said the atmosphere was tremendous last year and expects the same Tuesday night.

“We expect the same kind of enthusiastic atmosphere this year with Wright State fans wearing their green and gold,” said Murphy. “We will have a UD pep band, UD cheerleaders, and UD athletes from other sports on hand.”
