Wright State University’s property acquisition and management arm has increased its land holdings across Colonel Glenn Highway with a complex of four office buildings that cost $11.3 million.

University trustees today approved transferring several office buildings to Double Bowler Properties – a non-profit funded with a WSU-backed line of credit—from an entity called Fairborn Value Investments.

Fairborn Value Investments was established by Double Bowler, according to WSU officials. Property records say it purchased the buildings in December 2014.

The properties owned by Double Bowler are all multi-story office buildings. They are:

• 2455 Executive Park Boulevard

• 2555 University Boulevard

• 3100 Presidential Drive

• 3040 Presidential Drive.

The buildings surround the Wright State University Alumni Foundation building at 3070 Presidential Drive, where trustees met today.
