• Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 3 to 4 p.m. at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek
• Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia
• Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton
• Thursday, Oct. 26 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the future site of Kettering Health Network Middletown facility on State Route 122
• Thursday, Oct. 26 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Fort Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton
• Friday, Oct. 27 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Huber Health Center in Huber Heights
