Shopping Black Friday? Here’s what to know about weather forecast

Shopping this holiday weekend? This year, Black Friday should be dry, but our next storm system will arrive early Saturday, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini said.

Black Friday: Early morning shoppers will deal with the lowest temperatures. Most will start in the upper 20s, but it will be dry.

In the afternoon, you will still need your jacket, but temperatures will rise to the upper 40s, near 50 degrees.

“It will feel pretty good after a very cold Thanksgiving,” Zontini said.

Dry time continues into the afternoon.

Friday night, the next storm system will bring rain showers, but rain might not start until after midnight.

Small Business Saturday: Early shoppers will have to deal with scattered rain and temperatures around 40 degrees.

In the afternoon, the rain will continue. It will be breezy but warmer than normal with highs in the low 50s.

By the end of the afternoon and evening, the Miami Valley will quickly dry out.
