WATCH: Clearcreek police, fire sing “Happy birthday” to 4-year-old boy in drive-by parade

When 4-year-old Andrew’s birthday plans were canceled over Coronavirus concerns, his mother Teresa Hearn decided to hold a special parade for him in their neighborhood.

The highlight of the celebration came when Clearcreek Twp. police officers and firefighters joined in the fun to sing “Happy birthday.”

In the video above, you can see Andrew’s excited reaction.

Hearn called the visit “unforgettable,” and says she was thrilled to see her son smile, since his parties have been postponed until the stay-at-home order is lifted.
