WATCH: Centerville dog quickly saddened by Mufasa’s death in The Lion King

Centerville, OH — A Centerville golden retriever is getting attention for her sweet reaction to Mufasa's death in the Disney classic The Lion King.

As Simba begins to cry out during the movie’s saddest scene, Khaleesi the dog stops what she is doing in the kitchen and rushes to the TV.

“When I saw her react like that I had flashbacks to how I felt the first time watching that scene,” owner Sam Stolly tells us, who shot the video. “Ultimately I forgot how sad it was until I saw how she reacted for the first time!”

Khlaeesi continues watching the rest of the scene play out, occasionally whining along, especially as the lions cuddle during Mufasa’s final moments.
