After reportedly refusing to take a blood-alcohol-content breath test, Auble was arrested and taken to the Stark County Jail, according to the television station.
Officials said Auble will remain in jail until she is arraigned in Massillon Municipal Court, WOIO-TV reported.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to not get behind the wheel while intoxicated after a woman was arrested for her sixth OVI early Saturday morning.
According to Stark County online court records, Saturday’s arrest was Auble’s sixth for suspicion of OVI since May 6, 2019.
Since then she was charged with OVI on March 11, 2020; June 28, 2021; July 28, 2021; and Oct 17, 2022.
According to court records, Auble was found guilty each time since 2019.
According to the highway patrol, 12 people were killed during last year’s New Year’s Eve reporting period in Ohio. Six of those cases were OVI-related.
