Rapper Eminem made a brief cameo appearance on “Saturday Night Live” at the end of a Christmas-themed parody of his fan-obsessed song “Stan.”
In the parody music video “Stu,” Pete Davidson portrays a man who sends increasingly threatening letters to Santa Claus, played by host Jason Bateman, in hopes of getting a hard-to-find PS5 video game system.
“I tried to buy one at a Wal-Mart,” Davidson raps in the video. “Ran around the shopping mall like Paul Blart. Tried to find one for sale but the thing is that they’re all out. Yo, I even went to a Game Stop, and then I was like, ‘Oh wait, stop. Santa Claus can make one. The man got his own workshop.’”
Davidson is clad in a white tank top and bleached-blonde hair, much like the character portrayed by Devon Sawa in Eminem’s 2000 hit single music video.

In Davidson’s version, Santa and the elves grow increasingly concerned about Stu’s letters.
Kate McKinnon sings as Dido, whose single “Thank You,” was the basis of the original Eminem song. Bowen Yang also appeared as Elton John, who performed the song with Eminem at the Grammy Awards in 2001.
At the end, Eminem, clad in an ugly Christmas sweater, stands by a Christmas tree with a package from Santa to “Shady,” a nickname used by the rapper.
“That’s crazy! A PS5? I didn’t even ask for this,” Eminem said. “I guess Shady was a good boy this year. Sorry, Stu. You (expletive) up.”
