Cincinnati Zoo is participating in October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month

CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is joining the fight with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, according to a post on its Facebook page.

They are partnering with Cincy Shirts and the American Cancer Society’s annual Real Men War Pink campaign.

The new, “Save the Melons,” shirts features Fiona the Hippo and are now available online, the Zoo said.

A portion of the sales will be donated to The American Cancer Society.
