WWI Memorial in Covington honors over 250 men who served

A dedication that took several years to complete became a reality today on Memorial Day at the Highland Cemetery.

The dedication is of a World War One Memorial that contains the names of 294 men from Covington, Bradford, Pleasant Hill, Piqua and Troy who served.

Also in attendance was a senior officer in the Belgian Armed Forces. She spoke and laid a wreath at the WWI Memorial during the ceremony this afternoon.
