ALDI, one of the fastest growing retailers in the U.S., will be holding a hiring event at the Fairfield store, 5065 Pleasant Avenue, on Wednesday, Sept. 19 from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., according to a release.
The positions include shift manager and store associate.
Shift manager wages are $12.70 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 per hour premium when performing manager duties. Store associate wages are $12.70 per hour.
Requirements include: 18 years or older, high school diploma or GED preferred, drug screen and background check, must be available to work anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, retail experience preferred, and able to life 45 pounds.
Employees averaging 25 hours per week are eligible for full health insurance benefits, dental coverage, and a 401(k) program.
