The new building will be located on West Main Street, according to a representative with Premier Health.

“This new, state-of-the-art medical office building will bring together providers under one roof who are currently located throughout Xenia and beyond,” said Diane Pleiman, president of Premier Physician Network. “Patients will enjoy and benefit from the convenience of having multiple services in one location.”

The 15,000-square-foot building will house CompuNet Clinical Laboratories and provide lab services to patients. Services at the North Monroe Drive location will no longer be available, according to a release on Premier’s website.
