Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Armani Anderson: On May 9, 2016 at 5:15 pm, patrol officers responded to the area of 787 S. Weyant Ave on a reported shooting with two victims. Upon arrival, patrol officers located 14yr old Armani D. Anderson, he was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. Case Number 3328
Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Aliza Sherman: On 03/24/2013, 53yr old Aliza Sherman was arriving for a meeting with a divorce attorney in downtown Cleveland. While outside the building, the victim was found stabbed, lying on the sidewalk. According to a witness, Aliza was trying to speak but the only thing the witness could make out was "I'm dying". The witness called for medical assistance and Aliza was transported to Metro Health Medical Center where she died. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $100,000.00. Case Number 3055

Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Angela Hall: On 03/22/2016, the skeletal remains of a 16-36 year old white female were found in a farm field next to State Route 58 in Huntington Township, Ohio. The site is separated from highway and drainage swale by border fencing. This individual was wearing a spaghetti strap dress or top, Victoria's Secret 38B bra and matching panties, a Peugot watch with white face, yellow metal numerals 225WT and a wire bangle bracelet. A stud-type earring was found and the individual had french manicure artificial nails with sequins and daisy pattern. These remains were later identified as Angela Hall. Case Number 2012

During the service of a search warrant, FCSO SWAT found what appears to be human remains. The decedent has been identified as 32-year-old Allyson Lorenz. Case Number 3672

The victim had been shot several times. He was transported to the hospital and succumbed to his injuries. Before dying the victim made a brief statement. Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Elijah Copley: On July 24, 2020, at approximately 2:01am, the victims, both Juveniles, were riding scooters eastbound on Rich St. at Dana Ave., when two unknown suspects began to shoot at them. Victim #1 was struck one time and was transported to a local area hospital by Columbus Fire Department Medic #17 in critical condition. Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Danielle Greene: On Saturday, November 05, 2016, partially skeletonized remains were found along a creek bed in the area of Allen Road and U.S. 33 in Violet Township. During the investigation, the remains were identified as Danielle Leann Greene. Detectives learned that Danielle lived and worked in the area of Parsons and Reeb Avenues on the south side of Columbus. Danielle was last seen on August 17, 2016 in Downtown Columbus. Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Cody Pitts: During the early morning hours of March 7, 2015, Trumbull County 9-1-1 received a call of a man lying in the road on Orchard Avenue near North Main Street in the City of Hubbard. Hubbard Police officers were dispatched to investigate and upon their arrival, discovered that Cody Pitts, 26 years of age of Hubbard was deceased. An autopsy was performed and the preliminary results indicate that the cause of death was a single gunshot wound. The death has been ruled a homicide. The Hubbard Police, The Trumbull County Homicide Task Force, and the Trumbull County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim, later identified as 26yr old Cecil R. Johnson, lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they discovered 27yr old Kenneth Jackson suffering from having been shot. Mr. Jackson was transported to Grant hospital where he succumbed to his wounds and died at 7:08 a.m. The suspect was wearing a black mask and black clothing and fled south and east from the location. The caller advised that the female inside was dead, and that a male inside might be dead as well. Ms. Johnson was transported to Riverside Hospital by Mifflin Township Medic #132 in life threatening condition. Ms. Johnson later succumbed to her injury and was pronounced at 6:45pm by attending medical personnel. The resident, Jennifer L. Cooke, had not been heard from by family members for an extended period of time. When officers arrived at the scene, they found an unsecured door, and Ms. Cooke's body was found inside the apartment with multiple stab wounds. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Grandview Heights Police Department is offering $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction in the death of Jennifer Cooke. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, 36yr old Jessica Sykes, inside a vacant residence. The victim was pronounced deceased by Engine 16 at 12:33pm. Upon further investigation, it appeared as the victim was suffering from a gunshot wound. Case Number 3756
Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Joseph Mullins: Portage County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Mullins' residence on during the early morning hours of 12/20/2014. Mullins’ wife was reporting that she arrived home on the previous evening, Thursday 12/19/2014, at approximately 21:30 hours. When she arrived home she found indications that Joseph had been there but was missing. With the assistance of family friends, Mrs. Mullins attempted to contact Joseph by his cell phone but was unsuccessful. A search of the area did not locate Joseph. During the investigation, blood was found by the detached garage that belonged to Joseph. A blood smear was found on a bedspread in the master bedroom that also returned to Joseph. Nothing in the house appeared to be missing or disturbed. On December 29, 2014, Joseph Mullins' body was found in the warehouse district of downtown Cleveland. His death was determined to be from blunt force trauma. Case Number 1931

Main St. on the report of multiple gunshots being fired. Upon arrival, officers located a juvenile victim on the lot who had received multiple gunshots. The victim was transported by CFD Medic 21 to Grant Medical Center in stable condition. Approximately one hour later, a second victim was located in the front yard of a nearby address. The second victim, later identified as 16yr old Marquelis Shaquan Barnes, was also suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased by CFD Medic 21 at 3:06 a.m. Case Number 3411
Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Larry Leach: On January 5th, 2016 at approximately 1:50 PM, officers were dispatched to Leach Brothers Automotive for a male who had been shot in the back during a robbery.Upon arrival, officers found the victim (business owner, Larry "Joe" Leach), lying on the floor in the garage area, bleeding from a single gunshot wound. The victim was conscious and stated the assailant had a firearm and described the suspect as a male black wearing a red hoodie. The victim was transported by life squad to University Hospital where the victim ultimately succumbed to his injuries. An employee who was working under the hood of a truck in the garage area of the business stated he heard the victim come into the garage and yell "Help me!" He then heard a gunshot and found the victim on the ground. He said he never saw the suspect. Police K9s responded but lost the track in the rear of the business in the alley. Case NUmber 2026

A Good Samaritan provided aid to the victim until Columbus Police Officers, Columbus Fire EMS 14 and Whitehall Medic 152 arrived. The victim, 30yr old Lelia King, was transported to Mt. Carmel East Hospital in critical condition. Despite receiving lifesaving medical treatment, the victim succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at 11:07pm. On August 4, 2016, a rural property owner in Columbiana County, Ohio discovered the deceased nude body of Samantha Jo Stewart. Stewart was a resident of Weirton, West Virginia and believed to have traveled to Steubenville, Ohio to purchase drugs, prior to her death. Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Sandi Roth: On January 17, 2017, at approximately 10:42 a.m., Columbus Police officers were called to the area of 612 S. Wheatland Avenue on the report of a woman being assaulted in the street. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate the victim, who had apparently walked away from the scene. Approximately 20 minutes later, officers were dispatched to an address down the street on the report of an unresponsive female believed to be the one involved in the earlier run. Officers then located the victim, later identified as 29yr old Sandi Roth, unresponsive and unable to speak with the officers. CFD Medic 10 transported Ms. Roth to Mt. Carmel West Hospital where she was eventually stabilized, but did not regain consciousness. The caller advised that the female inside was dead, and that a male inside might be dead as well. Unsolved Homicide Cases In Ohio Pamela Estridge: On Dec 18, 2014, at 7:07 p.m., Patrol officers were dispatched to a shooting at 2766 Stonehenge Dr. Apt. A. Upon arrival officers located the victim, Pamela Sue Estridge F/W/62, inside of this location. Victim was transported by CFD to an area hospital where she is listed in critical life threatening condition. Investigation indicates that the victim was shot inside of above location during a home invasion robbery. At this time the only suspect information is two or more male blacks. Victim is not expected to survive. Detective Glasure is the lead investigator. Update: On December 23, 2015, at 11:35pm, the victim was pronounced deceased as a result of the injuries sustained from the original incident.
