Cynthia Jane Anderson: Cindy was last seen on August 4, 1981, at the law office where she worked on East Manhattan Boulevard in Toledo, Ohio. The law partners arrived back at the office after a meeting at noon to find the radio on and their desks prepared for the day. Anderson left her romance novel open on her desk to the only violent scene in the book, where the heroine was abducted at knife point. There was no sign of her elsewhere in the building and there were no signs of a struggle. Her purse and keys were missing, but her car was locked in the parking lot outside the office. She always kept the doors to the office locked. A buzzer had been installed at her desk to alert the shop next door in case of trouble. This was due to strange and harassing phone calls she had been personally receiving. She was last seen wearing a white V-neck dress with pink pinstripes, cinnamon-brown Leggs's pantyhose, and beige open-toed ankle-strap sandals. She has a chicken pox scar on her forehead and a one-and-a-half-inch scar on her right knee that is shaped like a fishhook. (Ohio Attorney General's Office)

Jason A. Perkins: Jason was last seen in Troy, Ohio on September 25, 2008. He usually has a goatee and wears wire rimmed glasses. He has a snake tattoo on his right calf, 2 different skulls on his upper right arm and a small cross on his left upper arm. Nicholas Blasetzky: Mr. Blasetzky is a Ukrainian national. He was last seen leaving his residence in Toledo, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on 6/5/2000 in a white 1983 Buick Century with Ohio plate NRB 8. He was driving northbound on Eastway towards Eleanor Avenue. Mr. Blasetzky displayed uncharacteristic behavior the day he left. Mr. Blasetzky suffers from Alzheimer's. James Robert Hysong: At 10:15 A.M. on 3/15/1993, Hysong was last seen flying a rented 1993 Piper Cherokee Arrow from the Toledo Suburban Airport. He was supposed to take a twenty minute flight to Jackson, Michigan to take a test to become a flight instructor. Hysong did not file a flight plan. The FAA air logs show that Hysong flew past Jackson and over Lake Michigan, where it disappeared an hour after takeoff. An extensive search that involved Sonar Imagery showed no signs of the plane or Hysong. Since Hysong's disappearance, the FAA reports the plane's tail number, N15206, has been used on four occasions during radio checks and purchasing of fuel, but nobody has actually seen the plane. Shaylene Marie Farrell: Shaylene was last seen leaving her home in Piqua, Ohio at approximately at 10:00 A.M. on 8/91994. She was scheduled to be at work at 7:00 P.M. at the Pick N Save. She never reported for work, but her car was found in the front parking lot of Pick N Save. There was no evidence of foul play. Shaylene ears are pierced, birthmark on left leg and a mole on her chin. She is carrying a blue sapphire diamond heart shaped big silver hoop with about five keys on it. She sometimes wears glasses. Susan Marie Cummings: Susan was last seen in the vicinity of the 2200 block of Hickory Street in Toledo, Ohio on 7/18/1996. Susan was evicted from her residence shortly before she disappeared. Nikki Lyn Forrest: Nikki has been missing from Piqua, Ohio since 9/25/2010. Nikki has a tattoo of a Scarecrow with the caption, "If I only had a brain" on upper right arm. She also has tattoos of a moth from the move "Silence of the Lambs" on her stomach and a bat with a Celtic knot on her lower back. Claudia Tinsley: Claudia was last seen getting into a blue Chevrolet outside her Baker Street home in Toledo, Ohio about 8:15 P.M. on September 8, 1996. She was suspicious before she got into the car and asked her mother to take down the license number. She was wearing a white halter top with blue and white shorts. His roommate returned to the room later that evening. The radio was playing on Tammen's desk with light on, a psychology book open and his personal belongings (including car keys and wallet) were left behind. He was a native of Maple Heights, Ohio.
