Northbound Ohio 4 was closed at Interstate 70 due to a crash.
The crash was reported around 11:45 a.m. just north of Chambersburg Road.
A car going southbound in the northbound lanes nearly hit an oncoming vehicle head-on. That vehicle was able to swerve and the two side-swiped each other, police said.
No one was hurt.
The ramp to Interstate 70 was also closed.
