Woman charged in Lucky’s break-in

A woman found inside Lucky’s Taproom & Eatery was arrested for felony breaking and entering.

According to a Dayton police report, the owner found the woman upstairs around 5:30 p.m. yesterday. When he confronted her, she told him she was there for an interview with “Mark.” He told officers, however, that no one named Mark works at the business on East Fifth Street.

She reportedly left the bar, but was found by police nearby.

She was identified as Toya Henry, 30, and booked into jail.
