Police in Kettering arrested a man Monday night after responding to a disturbance in the 2800 block of Culver Avenue.
The dispatched officer found several people trespassing on the property and chased down one man who ran away, according to Kettering police.
Police said the suspect, Jonathan M. Porter, 22, of Kettering, became combative during his arrest.
Porter is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of assault on a police officer, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct, according to police.
