Montgomery County deputies seized heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a raid today at a home following a monthlong drug trafficking investigation.
The Regional Agencies Narcotics & Gun Enforcement task force executed a search warrant shortly before noon today at a house in the 2200 block of Woodhaven Avenue, according to a news release.
Amanda S. Miller, 26, was arrested at the house and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of drug possession charges, the release and online jail records show.
A second woman, 51-year-old Ruby Smith, was issued a summons through Vandalia Municipal Court on suspicion of possession of drugs and paraphernalia, the release stated.
The investigation was initiated by numerous complaints from neighbors, according to the task force.
