A man has been arrested after a breaking and entering and a theft from a Miami County car lot
James Cassidy Holliman, 42, of Dayton, faces charges of breaking and entering, two counts of theft, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested early this morning at Independent Auto Sales in the 1200 block of South Market Street.
Deputies said Holliman was found in possession of a set of keys to a vehicle on the car lot and a license plate. He is a former employee.
He was taken to Miami County Jail.
