GREENVILLE — This weekend marks 22 years since a double murder in Greenville that police have never solved.
News Center 7’s Northern Bureau Chief Steve Baker says that officers hope someone watching has information to help catch the killer.
The bodies of 55-year-old Dennis Young and 33-year-old Kimberly Stephan were found shot to death in a house in the 1300 block of Chippewa Drive.
Police had a person of interest, but that person has never been charged.
Family members still await that day to come when this case is solved and a person or persons are convicted and in prison.
Police believe someone knows something and hope that individual will do the right thing and come forward with the missing piece to this investigation.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Greenville police, and a reward is available through the Darke County Crime Stoppers.
