Deputies went to an address in Cleves around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday to follow up on a breaking and entering investigation, WCPO says.

The deputies came into contact with Crystal Barker, who had five outstanding warrants for her arrest, and she was arrested, WCPO says.
As Barker was being taken into custody, she began complaining of chest pain, prompting deputies to call for medical transport to a local hospital, according to WCPO.
While on the way, Barker jumped out of the car and ran into the woods, deputies say.
Barker then jumped into the Great Miami River, and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office launched a water rescue operation, WCPO says.
Barker was retrieved from the water and admitted to a local hospital for injuries she sustained from jumping in the river, WCPO says.
Barker is facing charges on the five outstanding warrants, and has a new charge of escape, the sheriff’s office says.
The sheriff’s office did not say exactly what Barker is wanted for or which charges she is facing, WCPO says.
