Miami Township Police and Miami Valley Fire responded to the 9600 block of Chautauqua Road at around 12:25 a.m. on reports of a rollover crash with a possible ejection, Kettering Dispatch—who also dispatches for Miami Township—told News Center 7.

When officers, firefighters, and medics arrived on scene, they found a woman “laying on the side of the road,” Kettering Dispatch informed.

The 22-year-old was transported to an area hospital. A spokesperson for Miami Twp. police said she did not suffer serious injuries.

The woman was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Charges for the woman are pending lab results, the spokesperson said.

Miami Twp. police said Miamisburg police would be investigating.
