WHIO’s Great Backpack Give Back: Here’s how you can help Miami Valley students

DAYTON — It’s WHIO’s Great Backpack Give Back! From 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on August 24th, you can help underfunded Miami Valley students and teachers by bringing school supplies to the Kroger on West Alex Bell Road in West Carrollton, or the one on Troy Pike in Huber Heights.

We’ve teamed up with Crayons to Classrooms to help local students -- Come by and we’ll pack trucks full of much-needed school supplies.

As an added bonus, anyone who donates on Wednesday, will receive a $50 gift card to Morris Home or Ashley Stores. These gift cards can also be applied toward any purchase of $199.00 or more at Morris Home or Ashley stores.
