MIAMI VALLEY — Heavy rain brought hazardous conditions Monday morning with wet roads, several crashes, high water, and flooding all reported.

While earlier crashes and highway issues have been cleaned-up, high water has lead to some road closures that remain late Monday morning:
- On Northlawn Avenue and on Soldiers Home West Carrollton Road in Moraine, both roads were blocked due to flooding, according to a city spokesperson. Northlawn Avenue is blocked between Dryden Road and Springboro Road West. Soldiers Home West Carrollton Road is blocked south of Pinnacle Road. The road was reopened Monday afternoon, according to Moraine Dispatchers.
- On SR 725 between Lower Bellbrook and Penewit roads in Sugarcreek Twp., Greene County, high water and flooding has closed SR 725 in both directions, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. As of 3:45 p.m., Greene County dispatch confirmed the roads are still closed.
- On the eastbound I-70 ramp to southbound I-75 in Butler Twp., state troopers and medics were called to a single-vehicle crash reported on the ramp around 7:55 a.m.
- On northbound I-75 near Benchwood Road in Vandalia, a vehicle crashed into a guardrail, reported around 7:50 a.m.
- On southbound I-675 just south of I-70 in southern Clark County, a three-vehicle crash with injuries was reported around 7:20 a.m. and initially blocked the left lane.
- On southbound I-75 just south of the SR 55 exit near Troy, three separate crashes were reported in the right and center lanes around 7 a.m.
- On southbound I-675 at the northbound I-75 ramp in Miami Twp., a vehicle crashed into a ditch around 7:10 a.m.
- On southbound I-675 at Col. Glenn Highway in Beavercreek, a crash was reported around 7 a.m. No delays or backups were reported.
- At 5:05 a.m. on southbound I-675 beyond SR-48 to SR-725, a vehicle reportedly crashed.
- Around 4:30 a.m. Miami County Dispatch tells us there have been reports of flooding on US-185, US-201, and US-55. Deputies have reported 1′-2″ of water on the road.
- At 3:40 a.m. on southbound I-75 at the 62 mile marker in Vandalia, a truck crashed into a guardrail. Two lanes were closed but have since been reopened.
- At 3:20 a.m. crew responded to a vehicle rolled over into a ditch at Clifton Road and Wilberforce-Clifton Road in Greene County. The vehicle was found to be unoccupied.
