WASHINGTON TWP. — Multiple police agencies surrounded a vehicle in Washington Twp. in a parking lot in the area of Yankee Street and Ohio 725 this afternoon.
Dispatch records indicated police surrounded the vehicle in search of a wanted person around 1:30 p.m.
The incident was captured on video by a witness and showed officers from Dayton, Miami Twp. and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office surrounding the vehicle with weapons drawn.
We’re working to learn whether any arrests were made and who police were searching for. We’re also working to learn whether any evidence was recovered.
