1 transported to hospital following Troy industrial accident

One person was transported to the hospital after a reported industrial accident in Troy Friday.

Emergency crews responded to F&P America Manufacturing located at 2101 Corporate Drive around 6 a.m., according to scanner reports.

A worker was reportedly pinned by a piece of equipment and was taken to Upper Valley Medical Center, according to scanner traffic.

Initial reports indicate the worker suffered a leg injury and was alert.

The worker’s condition is not yet known.
