OHIO — If your windshield wipers are on for heavy rain, Ohio Law says your headlights should be, too.
The law, Ohio Revised Code section 4513.03, requires a vehicle’s lights to be on when wipers are in use. This includes your taillights and rear license plate lights. The law has been in effect in 2009.
Heavy rain is expected today and Saturday with one to three inches expected by Saturday night. A Flood Watch is in effect for Auglaize, Darke, Logan, Mercer and Shelby counties until 1 a.m. Sunday.
