DAYTON — A warm front is lifting to the north Thursday. This will allow temperatures to rise into the upper 70s today and throughout the front part of the weekend.

As temperatures warm and with just enough moisture and lift from the upcoming cold front, there will be very low risks for severe weather each day.

Wind is our primary threat with gusts over 60 mph possible. Small hail can’t be ruled out but the threat is very low.

A small chance for stronger storms will arrive late Thursday into Friday morning. Then again late Friday into Saturday. Saturday night into Sunday the cold front will push through the Miami Valley and bring another very low risk for strong storms with the same threats. Rain at this time looks to push out in time for the Easter bunny to do his thing.
