Shooting victim walks into Dayton hospital; Police investigating

DAYTON — Police are investigating after a man walked into a Dayton hospital with a gunshot wound Wednesday night.

The man arrived at the Emergency Room at Kettering Health Dayton, formally Grandview Medical Center, around 8:11 p.m., according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

Dispatch records showed that the man said he had been shot on Danner Avenue, but the exact location on Danner Avenue was unknown.

The severity of the man’s injuries was unknown.
