TROOPER: Medical condition blamed for Xenia Twp. rollover crash

XENIA TWP.— A mom, believed to have suffered from a medical condition, drove her minivan into a ditch on Fairgrounds Road, then over-corrected before crashing on the other side of the road.

Sgt. Richard Milstead, Ohio Highway Patrol Xenia Post, said the woman suffered minor injuries and the three children with her are all OK.

They were buckled in and rode with mom in the medic unit to Greene Memorial Hospital, the sergeant said. The children are believed to be age 11, 10 and 8.

Fairgrounds Road was temporarily shut down for less than an hour.

Multiple rescue units and police responded to the crash. Police and emergency were were dispatched about 6:50 p.m., and the vehicle was reported to be on its side.
