Matt McClain of the Dayton Fire Department says crews had to cut a small piece of the semi’s roof out in order to pull the driver out.

McClain estimates the ramp will be shut down for at least two hours. The cause of the accident is still under investigation and it was determined that the driver was hauling non-hazardous insulation material.
