The driver lost control of the truck for an unknown reason, crashed into the median, which caused the semi to roll onto its top, state troopers said.

He was transported to Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney for treatment. His injuries were initially reported as minor, according to emergency scanner traffic.

The crash sent some debris into the southbound lanes and damaged another semi. The driver of that truck was not injured.

Weather conditions are not believed to be a factor in the crash, but the incident remains under investigation.

State troopers continue to block the left lane of northbound traffic to clean up the crash.

Additional details were not available.

FIRST REPORT

A semi has reportedly been involved in a rollover crash on Interstate 75 in northern Shelby County, near the Auglaize County line.

The crash was reported around 11:10 a.m. Thursday with the driver reportedly only suffering minor injuries.

The semi is reportedly on its top and is in the median between the northbound and southbound lanes, according to emergency scanner traffic.

The semi is also leaking diesel fuel after the crash, reports indicate.

The left lane of northbound I-75 is blocked, but traffic is slow both northbound and southbound, according to reports.

Earlier a camper was involved in a rollover crash on I-75 in Sidney that shut down all southbound lanes. Slick roads were reported when that crash occurred.

It is unknown if weather conditions were a factor in the latest crash.
