Santa makes visit to NICU at Miami Valley Hospital

DAYTON — Newborn babies who are in the intensive care unit at Miami Valley Hospital got a special visitor this holiday season.

The hospital said that the tiniest of patients in the NICU got the chance to take photos with Santa, who was in the form of a cardboard standup.

Christmas blankets and hats were provided for the babies and parents were also able to provide a special outfit, the hospital said.

The hospital said the Parent Family Advisory Council is also making free personalized ornaments for all NICU parents and babies.
