UPDATE: 1 injured in I-70 rollover crash in Brookville; all lanes reopened

BROOKVILLE — UPDATE @ 10:50 a.m.:

All eastbound I-70 lanes have reopened in Brookville have reopened after an earlier rollover crash.

The driver of the car was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor, non-life threatening injuries, state troopers said.

Potential factors in the crash were still under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Additional details were not available.

UPDATE @ 10:10 a.m.:

State troopers are allowing traffic to move through the right shoulder of eastbound I-70 in Brookville after an earlier crash Thursday morning.

Both eastbound lanes remain shut down while the crash is investigated and cleaned up.

Emergency scanner traffic indicates at least one person was trapped inside the vehicle after the crash. However the condition of the victim was not immediately known.

FIRST REPORT

A reported rollover crash has shut down the eastbound lanes of I-70 in Brookville Thursday morning.

The crash was reported on I-70 East near the Arlington Road exit around 9:30 a.m. Ohio Department of Transportation cameras show both eastbound lanes of the highway are blocked.

Initial reports indicate at least one person was trapped inside a vehicle after the crash. The conditions of those involved in the crash were not immediately known.
