Reports: Medic unit involved in crash while responding to separate accident in Clark County

BETHEL TWP., Clark County — An ambulance responding to a reported rollover crash on a rural Clark County road was involved in a separate crash Monday morning, according to initial reports.

The first crash was reported on Lost Road west of New Carlisle Pike in Bethel Twp. around 6:30 a.m.

While crews were responding to that first crash the medic unit reported they were involved in a slide-off crash in the same area and were in a ditch, emergency scanner traffic indicates.

No injuries were reported in the crash involving the medic. Initial reports indicate the driver of the vehicle in the first crash was out of the car and was being checked by medics.

Units that responded to both crashes reported slick roads in the area.
