Prayer vigil, visitation, funeral set for Graham student struck, killed by car

A prayer vigil, visitation and funeral services have been set for the 15-year-old boy who died Saturday night after he was struck by a car.

Lucas Whitt, a sophomore at Graham High School, was riding a bicycle west on state Route 55 in the eastbound lane when a 2006 Cadillac CTS attempted to pass another vehicle by crossing in the eastbound lanes and struck the bicycle from behind.

Whitt was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
