PIKE COUNTY — UPDATE @ 3 p.m.:
A Pike County murder suspect has lost jail privileges after she reportedly violated a gag order to not contact other co-defendants about the case.
A judge suspended Angela Wagner’s telephone and mail privileges in jail during a hearing Monday.
Prosecutors claimed that they have recordings of the suspect talking to her son, Edward “Jake” Wagner, and mother, Rita Jo Newcomb. Both are also charged in the case.
Angela Wagner is still able to call or mail her attorneys under the order.
