In early July, crews responded to their home on reports of a three-year-old that was vomiting blood. Narcan had to be used on the toddler, according to Warren County Prosecutor David P. Fornshell.

A drug test showed that methamphetamine, norfentanyl, PCP and benzodiazepines were in the child’s system, Fornshell confirmed.

The girl’s condition is unknown at this time, but Fornshell said she was responsive to the Narcan.
