UPDATE: Power restored to all in Clark County

NEW CARLISLE — UPDATE @ 4:40 p.m.:

Power has been restored to AES Ohio customers in Clark County Monday afternoon.

According to the AES Ohio outages map, 2,460 customers are without power as of 2:15 p.m. When we checked around 4:40 p.m., there were no outages in Clark County.

A spokesperson for AES Ohio said there was a lockout in the New Carlisle area, which resulted in the outages.
